Kim Frank's professional background is in the
financial and travel industries. An accomplished "multi-tasker" with
diverse experience in client relationship management, sales, marketing
and business operations, she lives in southeastern Wisconsin and
routinely starts her work days before dawn, commuting with several
office mates. Joining Coyle Asset Management in 2000, following 10 years
in the travel sector, she works as a Complexity Manager, providing
detailed project support to clients and management. A multifaceted
manager with wide-ranging experience, Kim coordinates client meeting
preparations, facilitates the meetings, and conducts client follow-ups.
Her daily range of duties includes relationship building, sales calling,
statement reviews, banking, and office staff mentoring and teaching.
For Coyle, she serves as principal supervisor and
organizer of management conferences, workshops, webinars, speaking
engagements and daily work scheduling. Proficient in researching and
building client master Mind Maps that enhance client-advisor
relationships, she creates procedures for implementing Mind Maps, and
serves as a Mind Maps workshop coordinator and trainer. An avid
University of Wisconsin Badgers fan (and still-aspiring undergrad), she
extends her multi-tasking skills in her spare time to travel,
photography and "merry scrapbooking."
